Child height predictor
About the predicted height of children
Calculates the predicted final height of the child as an adult from the input father's height, mother's height, and child's gender.
For boys, the predicted height is calculated by adding 13 to the total height of both parents, dividing by 2, and adding 2.
For girls, subtract 13 from the total height of both parents, divide by 2, and add 2.
There are many other factors that affect your height, so this predicted height is just a guideline.
Calculation formula for predicted height
The predicted height is calculated using the following formula.
Boy: (Father's height + Mother's height + 13)÷ 2 + 2
Girl: (Father's height + Mother's height − 13)÷ 2 + 2
